Amber Hill 22 of Cleveland, Ohio is in custody for drowning her two children ages 2 and 4.
Authorities say that Hill called the children’s father Jamie
Cintron at his place of work and told him “… they are at peace.” Cintron and Hill’s relationship has documented episodes of abuse but the Cuyahoga County Department of Children and Family Services say they never have taken a call about the children being mistreated.
Hill is under a suicide watch awaiting arraignment.
